30-day return requests

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing service@vazlena.com. Include your order number, the item name and the reason for your request.

For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags, included components and packaging where supplied. These conditions do not restrict remedies for faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise nonconforming goods.

How to return an item

Contact us before posting a return. We will provide the return address and instructions. The business address shown elsewhere on this website is not an automatic return destination.

Package the item securely and retain proof of postage. A tracked service is recommended.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refundable for these returns unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing components that were included in the purchase, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs where a return is required to resolve the issue.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Provide your order number, a description and photographs where available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund.

Do not send damaged accessories with exposed sharp edges or broken components until we provide safe return instructions.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing your return or claim. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, contact us to discuss availability and the available options. An exchange cannot be guaranteed.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. The 30-day change-of-mind window does not replace any longer period or other protection provided by law.
